A few years ago, I promised myself that I would visit the Canadian Rockies every autumn to capture the changing seasons in these mountains beyond just the familiar sights of Banff. From the resilient town of Jasper to the wind-battered village of Waterton in Southern Alberta, I travelled these roads with a single purpose: to disconnect from the present and escape reality.
